This session explores how to combine blended learning, self-pacing, and gamification to create a course that is student-centered and educator friendly. Attendees will learn some practical tips for self-pacing their courses and the benefits of engaging students, building stronger relationships, closing the achievement gap, and better work/life balance. Examples will be shown from a Math course using Schoology, although concepts can be applied to other subjects and LMS platforms.
