Leaders all want their groups to be cohesive, compassionate, goal-oriented, and have a sense of community. Team culture leads to success, but how do we cultivate it? This session will provide practical ways to build team culture. While the background for this presentation may be in athletics, the philosophies and examples could be easily transferred to other types of groups. Outcomes: Create goals, learn activities to implement. Strand connection: Being a positive leader will help inspire others to emulate your behavior and learn life skills that they will carry throughout their lives.
