Through our participation in the BOSS Special Education Cohort, we have learned more about ourselves as leaders and the importance of a trusted collegial group. In addition, we have learned valuable strategies that support our work as Special Education Directors. In this session, we will share tools we have found beneficial including facilitation protocols and problem-solving strategies learned, along with information about how to look at multiple perspectives when dealing with conflict. We have learned the value of exploring leadership outside of education to expand our repertoire of resources. Please join us to learn more about our leadership journey with BOSS.
