Angela Maiers, Chief Instigator: Dreaming Big and Igniting Change, taught literacy skills to disadvantaged youth in elementary schools in Des Moines, Iowa from 1989 to 2003. She has since worked as an education consultant and speaker.

Her company provides just-in-time consultation services to schools, organizations, and individuals seeking to use technology and social media to leverage human capital and production goals.
